Reliable for my business needs

This was my third time ordering from Glass Bottle Outlet, and again, everything was consistent. I got a bulk order of blue cobalt glass bottles and some plastic child resistant caps. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which is pretty standard. The items were well-packaged, just like my previous orders. One cap was a little tricky to screw on, but the rest were fine. It's why I keep coming back, good quality and I know what to expect.

Totally awesome bottles!

I just got a huge box of their 8 oz wide mouth glass jars for my candle making and they are absolutely perfect! The quality is top-notch, super clear glass and really sturdy. They shipped so fast, I couldn't believe it. I am definitely buying all my jars from here from now on. My candles look so professional in these. You guys are amazing!

Good quality, delivery needs work

I ordered 24 of the 1 oz amber glass dropper bottles for my essential oil blends. The bottles themselves were solid and exactly as described, no complaints on the product quality at all. The price was competitive, especially with the volume discount. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a little slow compared to other suppliers I've used. Everything was well-packaged though, nothing arrived broken. A minor improvement on shipping speed would make it a 5-star experience.

Decent value, slight shipping delay

I recently purchased a large quantity of glass jars with lids for my canning projects. The price per unit was quite competitive, especially with the volume discount. The jars themselves are sturdy and exactly as described, though one lid didn't seal quite right. Shipping took a little longer than estimated, about 8 business days instead of the 5-7 I was told, which was a minor inconvenience for my schedule. Packaging was excellent though, nothing else broke. Overall, a good experience for bulk buying, but a bit more accuracy on delivery estimates would be helpful.

Worked great for my oils

Got some of those small blue cobalt glass bottles, like 10ml ones. They came super quick, in about 3 days. Needed them for some DIY perfume stuff and they're perfect. No issues, just what I needed. Will probably order more when I run out.

Consistent quality, good pricing

This was my third order from Glass Bottle Outlet, this time for 500ml clear glass boston round bottles. Just like my previous purchases, the quality was consistent; no defects or issues with any of the bottles. The packaging was secure, as always, and everything arrived intact. Their bulk pricing structure really works out for my small business, making it my go-to for packaging. It's good to know I can rely on them every time.

Wrong caps, slow resolution

Received my order of 16 oz amber glass boston round bottles. The bottles were fine, but the accompanying phenolic caps were the wrong size. I contacted customer service; it took 3 days for a reply. They did send the correct caps eventually, which arrived a week later. A bit frustrating but the bottles themselves were good.

Good jars, fast shipping

Needed wide mouth glass jars. Ordered 2 cases. Arrived quickly. One jar had a small chip, but the rest were good. Will buy again.
